The Proof: Genuine English Willow is lighter and has a distinct grain structure compared to Kashmir Willow or "fake" willow. We encourage you to show our bat to any professional coach or seasoned player; if they can prove it's not genuine English Willow, we will refund 2x your money.
Actually, it's often the opposite.
Grade 1 willow is soft, pure, and performs instantly (high ping), but because it is softer, it can be more fragile. Grade 3 is harder and might take longer to open up, but it is often more durable.
We recommend Grade 1/Player Grade for match use only, and Grade 2/3 for players who want a "workhorse" bat for nets and matches combined.
Cricket bats are wood, not steel. If a 140kph ball hits the toe or edge at a bad angle, any bat can crack.
Yes. We can replicate profiles. However, remember that international players use extremely dense wood that might be too heavy for the average club player.
If you want a "Dhoni profile" (heavy bottom), we will adjust the spine height so you get that shape but at a weight (e.g., 1190g) that you can actually swing fast.
